All wine grapes are grown here in our vineyard at Grand Cru Estate. We are passionate about growing our fruit the Biological Way. That is only using chemicals when most needed and supplementing various critical foliar sprays with Aerated Compost Tea and natural fertilisers. This provides valuable beneficial microbes which helps build a natural defense system within the plant, which then aids against unwanted disease. The Biological Way also attributes towards having a very healthy plant which then produces fine fruit for fine wines.
