Sparkling Brut Sauvage
Chardonnay is harvested early to retain the crisp acids, which has made a clean finish to the wine. Bottle fermentation enhances the yeasty fruitiness. The mousse is soft and creamy. A small amount of liqueur is added on disgorging. |

2006 Riesling
This Riesling exhibits strong citrus, full of lime freshness with lovely rose petal aromas on the nose. It has good acidity with a smooth roundness and finish. This will bottle age exceptionally well with full cellaring, developing the classic toasted Eden Valley character.

2005 Chardonnay
Fresh and soft with intense and concentrated flavours of tropical fruits and melons. An unwooded wine which will develop a golden colour with a little aging. |
